It is with enormous sadness that I am writing to notify you of the death of David Samuel, our Senior

David Samuel

Contracts Manager.  Dave had been employed by the company for the last 8 years but prior to that, had worked as a sub-contractor and had been known to us for many years.

Dave was characterised by a strong work ethic which had brought him success when he ran his own business and this was never diminished in his time with us.  He managed to combine a commitment to demanding the highest standards with a pleasant manner which earned him enormous respect from our customers, colleagues and sub-contractors.

Dave’s ability to handle considerable responsibility, the thoroughness of his work and the high regard in which he was held by contractors for whom we work, meant that he was a central figure in our company and one that will be greatly missed.

On a personal level, Dave was always good company and was a devoted family man.  His illness was short but he fought with typical determination and it was tragic to all that knew him to witness him fighting a losing battle.

Dave will always be remembered with great affection and his family are central in our thoughts at this time.
